General preorder terms template

Website preorder submissions are treated as requests for availability and not as a final legally binding sale until Euro Mangoes confirms stock, pricing, fulfilment method, and payment terms in writing.

Availability

All mango varieties and quantities are subject to seasonality, harvest quality, export logistics, and final confirmation.

Pricing

Displayed prices may be updated. Final pricing should be confirmed directly with the customer before order completion.

Delivery and pickup

Pickup and delivery arrangements depend on location, availability, and commercial agreement.

Liability

Euro Mangoes should publish its official commercial, logistics, refund, and liability policies before public launch.
